Located in Siem Reap, Cambodia, Sala Baï Hotel and Restaurant school has been operating since 2002 as a vocational training program of the French NGO Agir Pour le Cambodge (APLC). Its main purpose is to fight poverty and human trafficking through the education and professional training of young Cambodians from underprivileged backgrounds.

Every year, the school is building the skills and capacity of its students, mainly young women, in a variety areas such as cooking, front office, restaurant service, housekeeping, spa and beauty treatments. The curriculum includes a two two-month internships in partner hotels. 

Sala Baï Hotel and Restaurant School features quality facilities, including five suites, one restaurant and one beauty salon, which are open to the public so that the students can have a chance to practice in real conditions. 

The training restaurant is only for breakfast every day and for lunch on weekdays from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm.
