Hello Herost friends, how are you? Today, we are delighted to introduce you to Jean BERTHELOT-KLECK, our new, energetic Herost Global Youth Ambassador, from France.
“My name is Jean.
I am currently an artist/designer living in Paris. I have been living in the USA, South Korea and France but also traveled a whole bunch. When I am exploring new locations, I always sketch in my notebooks the people, the architecture and the food. Those archived memories makes my own traveling log. You can bet I saved up some great spot for you to enjoy.
Protecting the environment has been a main focus in my work and personal life.
As a designer, I helped projects related to sustainable tourism with the ST-EP (Sustainable Tourism for Eliminating Poverty) Foundation as well as biodiversity awareness with Ehwa Womans University in Seoul.
As a tourist, I pay close attention to my local impact. I simply love nature, that’s why I hike a lot and been traveling by bike these last years. Bikepacking gives you the time to look around and enjoy wonderful sceneries while minimizing your impact on nature.”
