Chi Phat Community-based Ecotourism is a community-owned and operated ecotourism project in the Cardamom Mountains of Cambodia. The project was created to protect the rainforest and provide sustainable jobs for local villagers.
Chi Phat offers a variety of ecotourism activities, including biking, trekking, waterfall swimming, wildlife watching, cooking classes, and river cruises. Visitors can also stay in guesthouses or homestays, all of which are owned and operated by members of the Chi Phat community.
The money spent during your visit to Chi Phat goes directly to support the local community and help protect the rainforest. To get to Chi Phat, take a bus from Koh Kong town to Andoung Teuk village. From there, you can take a ferry or arrange a boat or taxi to Chi Phat.
