Today, our team of Global Youth Ambassadors is pleased to welcome its new Member, Sophie! Did you know that her name comes from the Greek word “sophia” which means “wisdom”?
“Hi, I am Sophie from France. I have lived in various foreign countries and traveled in several ones across Europe and Asia. Those experiences made me realized that I wanted to pursue a career in tourism and learn more about this industry. I like travelling, exploring new places and trying new experiences. I enjoy learning about history and stories of places I visit. Each one is unique and special. Each one deserves to be preserved and respected.
I especially liked spending time in South Korea
where nature and mountains are everywhere. Thus, hiking is the number one sport. I had the opportunity to hike various mountains across this country and I was amazed by the different landscapes it offers all year long.”
