Sindora Garden of Pepper is a pepper farm located in the Kampot region of southern Cambodia, renowned for its high-quality pepper.

The farm’s mission is to restore the forest on its 10 hectares of land, including one hectare dedicated to pepper cultivation on four small plots. To regenerate the soil and sequester carbon, Sindora has planted thousands of trees, representing over 200 native tree species. The forest conservatory also serves as an educational setting for students.

Sindora practices regenerative agriculture, a farming method focused on improving the soil and restoring ecosystems. Committed to sustainable, environmentally friendly, and community-oriented practices, Sindora is registered with the Kampot Pepper Promotion Association (KPPA). The exceptional terroir of the Kampot region, the ongoing restoration of the ecosystem, and the family’s commitment all contribute to the unique aromas and flavors of Sindora peppers. In a virtuous circle, pepper sales fund the restoration of the ecosystem and the forest conservatory.

The farm welcomes visitors and offers a lunch prepared exclusively with garden produce.
